An super blustery walk yesterday from #zennor to #Gurnershead. Got caught in an epic rain storm and winds 😆 very much enjoyed the #veggieroast at the @tinnersarmszennor to recover 🌂 🤩. I think I'll check the forecast next walk. But it did make it more adventurous!

Realising how small I am in comparison to the magnificent planet all around me, gives me the confidence to make a confident step in the right direction. Apparently only 10% of thoughts come from our conscious mind. That means most of the other awesome things we decided to do came from what we inherently know. How do you hibernate in winter? I'm totally embracing it with cosy evenings making vegetable soups, baking and getting creative. Painting mandalas is slow going but very calming and therapeutic. All you need is a canvas, acrylics, bamboo sticks of different sizes and some paper and a pencil to draw the stencil. Then imagine the colours you want to paint and let it flow 🎨.
